|Yasmin Roberson, NCMA, NREMT|
Certified Medical Assistant
Yasmin has over 6 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant and is also a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician. She recently moved to Greensboro from Southern California and is enjoying this exciting change. She works closely with Dr. Altheimer to meet your healthcare needs. If you call the office with questions about your medications or your care, Yasmin will be sure to get your questions answered. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and her family.
Christina (better known as Christy) has worked with Dr. Altheimer since 2006, filling various key positions within his practice, most recently as clinical assistant. In June 2015, Christy began the next exciting phase of her career, when she started nursing school. So now she just fills in occasionally at Greensboro Endocrinology. Outside of work, she likes to spend time with her son, shopping, or curled up reading a good book.
|Donna Kirkman, RT, CPC|
Donna has over 25 years of experience in healthcare. She is a Certified Professional Coder and is a member of American Academy of Professional Coders. She is also a member of the North Carolina Medical Group Managers Association and has served on the board of the Greensboro Chapter of the MGMA. Donna is currently a Fellow and is pursuing her American College of Medical Practice Executive certification. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time traveling with her husband and children.
Prior to working in healthcare, Carolyn graduated from the University of Georgia with a BS in Education and spent many years as an elementary school teacher. Currently, Carolyn works in our billing office. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Greg. When she’s not working or volunteering, Carolyn loves to spend time with her granddaughter, Lacey, and her two grown children, Tommy and Jenny.
Lacy has worked in healthcare for over 10 years. She has worked at our front desk and is currently working as our referral coordinator. She also works in our clinical area on occasion. She brings her expertise and a friendly smile. Outside of work, Lacy enjoys reading and camping as often as possible.
Originally from Florida, Amy spent most of her life in Tennessee before moving to Greensboro. Typically, you will be greeted by Amy at our front desk as you check in to see the doctor. Married with one child, Amy loves working outside and spending time with her family.
Often it’s Beverly’s cheerful voice you hear when you call the office. Beverly typically works at check-out but can found at check-in from time to time. Beverly has many years of experience working in a physician office. She is married with one child. Beverly’s passions are restoring antique furniture and photography.

Certified Diabetes Nurse Educator
We’re fortunate to have Linda’s expert diabetes patient education services. Linda has a lifelong interest in helping others with diabetes lead full and productive lives. She brings a wealth of practical experience to helping patients deal with the everyday real-world challenges of managing their diabetes. Her devotion to helping people with diabetes to be active, empowered, and successful participants in their care is legendary in our community. Linda has worked with Dr. Altheimer continuously as a diabetes nurse educator since 1986. She’s here part-time as a Consultant for Roche Diagnostics. In her spare time, Linda enjoys traveling, bike riding, sewing, and oil painting.
Chances are if you have had bloodwork at our office, you have had the opportunity to meet Selena. She has worked with Dr. Altheimer since 1999. Our patients tell us she’s the best phlebotomist in town! Outside of work, Selena enjoys reading and going to the races with her family.
